To make a purchase with us, you must go through 5 steps:

 

1 - Find the item(s) you want and put them in the shopping basket. Then go to the basket - go to order.

2 - Enter your personal information.

3 - Select shipping method and payment method.

4 - Accept our trading conditions and personal data policy.

5 - Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase.

 

Order:

- You find the items you want to buy and put them in the shopping basket.

- Then you fill in your personal information and credit card or other payment information.

- When you have accepted our terms and conditions and completed your payment.

- You automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

- You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

- Bank transfer - with this form of payment you are not protected against the objection scheme

 

The payment is only withdrawn when the item is packed ready for dispatch from our warehouse and the amount can never be greater than what you have approved.

Orders picked up in our store will be withdrawn when the item has been packed, sealed and placed at the pick up depot.

Your data transactions are SSL encrypted and sent securely to PBS.

All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish Kroner.

 

Price error:

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price.

 

Delivery:

- Free delivery for purchases over DKK 499 to GLS Pakkeshop in DK. ATTENTION! Does not apply to furniture and heavy items

- For purchases under DKK 499, it costs from DKK 32.50 to GLS Pakkeshop in DK

- When delivering furniture on a pallet, it costs DKK 250 with PostNord

- Purchase of furniture and larger items over 20 kg, you will have to pay shipping with PostNord EUR pallet.

- If the package is to be delivered to your private address, you pay extra

- Orders ordered and received before 12:00 will be shipped the same day from our warehouse if possible.

- Normally the item is delivered within 1-3 working days (Individual items have a slightly longer delivery time - this will appear under the product)

 

Gift wrapping:

- All goods that can be packed in a box that measures a maximum of 40x40x40 cm we can offer to pack for free

- Gift wrapping does not apply to larger items such as bicycles, duvets and pillows, furniture or the like. and not items on sale.

- ATTENTION! This does not apply to BLACK FRIDAY, BLACK WEEK or Cyber ​​Monday.

Pickup:

- you will receive an SMS message when your order is ready so you can pick it up.

 

Right of withdrawal:

- as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

- the cancellation period expires 14 days after that date. you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase and they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

- the deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to: kundeservice@minespring.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

- you cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive or pick up the item without notifying us at the same time.

- shipping costs we have had with free delivery will be offset against the purchase upon return or if the item has not been picked up, in cases where you return the entire order.

 

Cancellation of part of the purchase:

- if you have bought several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

- note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of the purchase.

 

Return:

- when you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back and no later than to us at: Algade 4, DK-4000 Roskilde

- you must pay for the package or shipment to be returned yourself, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

- you can order/buy a return label from us, see under return label, then you can print it yourself.

- you must state which order number it applies to, which goods you want to return, and the reason for wanting to return.

- Certain items cannot be returned with normal parcel delivery. This applies to: Furniture, cupboards, changing tables, bicycles, etc.

- Furniture that is returned must be sent on a EUR pallet

- The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost: between DKK 480 and 580, depending on size and weight.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is packed properly and that it is delivered correctly to the shipping company in question, and that you can subsequently present documentation for delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number. If you send a return without using our return label, you yourself are responsible for the item coming directly to us and also have proof of this in the form of a tracking number. We cannot offer to collect the parcel from the parcel shop, so the parcel must be sent directly to the warehouse.

- Mark the package with "RETURN" attached original receipt.

 

Return label:

- If the item is defective upon receipt, you should contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@titteboo.dk or on tel. 61 19 00 60

- When ordering a return, a return label is created, which you can easily print and attach to the package yourself. If you don't have the option to print, a QR code is also created, which you can show in the GLS shop, where they can print a return label for you.

 

The item's condition when you send it back:

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, the same applies as for purchases in a physical store: In other words, you must test the product within reasonable limits, but not actually use it. We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item. If the product's original marks/labels/barcodes etc. are missing, this may result in a reduction in value of the product.

 

Refund of the purchase amount:

- if you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

- we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

- we return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. Shipping time 8 working days.

- we can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

 

Right of complaint:

- when you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.

- this means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.

- if your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

- you must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within 2 months after. that the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

- if the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

- also remember to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.

- incorrect handling, be it washing and or not intended use or misuse of the product is not covered.

Twin discount:

- 2 items of the same size or quality trigger a 10% discount.

- mark the purchase with "family discount"

- the discount cannot be combined with other already reduced items or offers.

 

Price match:

- Price match only applies to goods over DKK 500.

- Price match does NOT apply retroactively.

- Price match only applies to identical goods bought in Denmark, according to Danish currency, VAT, customs. warranty and usage rules.

- You must be able to show us documentation of the match.

- The product must be able to be delivered here and now, and queue offers or restrictions do not apply, for example, only one piece per customer etc..

- It cannot be member prices, shopping associations or any kind of access-paid use of a store or webshop.

- you must allow yourself to be registered when you shop via our Webshop with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
